Richard (Dick) Bateman is a disgusting pig and an author of gay epic fantasy and general homoerotic romance residing in the rugged mountains of the Pacific Northwest with his husband.

Dick is the author of the four-part epic fantasy orc erotica series Claimed and has begun work on a stand-alone sequel trilogy beginning with The Orc Who Came Inside. He occasionally writes about humans too, if you’re into that sort of thing.

Dick puts his creative writing degree from a no-name Midwestern university to great use exploring taboo homoerotica within the realms of both fantasy and reality, digging into themes such as free use, orcs and monsters, BDSM, cum fetishism, pit and musk fetishism, douchebag bro fetishism, and pretty much anything else his perverted imagination can think up – all with a heap of plot, genuine character, and romance.
